The Agile Program Manager is a constant presence within the software development organization, focused on what drives both development and business teams toward success—and what challenges them in meeting their objectives. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure healthy programs that deliver high?quality software, while leading organizational readiness efforts to support seamless transitions after releases.

The Role

?

  • Lead end?to?end delivery of assigned software programs, from planning through release and post?release stabilization.
  • Work with program partners to develop release management strategies, including planning, testing, dependencies, and organizational readiness.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple Scrum teams, managing cross?team dependencies, risks, and scaling challenges.
  • Partner with Product Owners and Product Management to ensure roadmaps align with business priorities and team capacity.
  • Work with Scrum Masters and Program Leadership to drive continuous learning and improvement from sprint execution and retrospectives.
  • Promote a culture where Scrum teams are empowered to deliver and innovate, guided by stakeholder expectations.
  • Build and sustain a culture of trust and transparency using meaningful metrics and reporting
  • Ensure program and product health are well defined and shared transparently with stakeholders.
  • Surface program?level risks, issues, and dependencies early and drive mitigation with urgency and clarity.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and maintain visibility across business and technology functions.
  • Manage integrated program plans, RAID logs, release plans, and delivery dashboards.
  • Ensure program?level reporting (e.g., feature progress, burndown, risk logs) is actively used by teams.
  • Support appropriate financial tracking and capitalization of development effort where applicable.
  • Coordinate with vendors or external partners as required
