In this role, you’ll support the administration of reinsurance policies, working closely with experienced professionals across underwriting, finance, and operations. The Role

  • ?Assist in preparing, reviewing, and issuing reinsurance policy documentation (treaties and facultative contracts)?

  • ?Maintain accurate policy records and ensure all data is entered correctly into internal systems?

  • ?Support senior administrators with endorsements, renewals, and policy amendments?

  • ?Monitor policy timelines, including inception, renewal, and expiry dates?

  • ?Coordinate with underwriting, finance, and claims teams to ensure consistency of policy information?

  • Verify premium calculations, terms, and conditions for accuracy and completeness?

  • Follow up on outstanding reinsurance premiums and ensure timely collection and settlement with brokers and reinsurers.

  • Handle routine correspondence with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders?

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements?

  • Organize and archive documentation for audit and reporting purposes?

  • Assist in resolving discrepancies or data issues in policy records

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in insurance, risk management, finance, business administration, or a related field?

  • 1–3 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, or an administrative/operations role?

  • Basic understanding of insurance/reinsurance principles (e.g., policies, premiums, endorsements)?

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation?

  • ?Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks?

  • ?Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word?

  • ?Clear written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)?

  • Willingness to learn and develop within the reinsurance field?

  • ?Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
