?Consumer Directed Accounts (Acclaris) currently powers and serves many industry leaders (Financial Institutions, HROs, TPAs and Health Plans) in the CDH and reimbursement account space.
About the role?
This position will be responsible for configuring client setup at both the employer and administrator levels, daily quality assurance, project execution, and reporting for Compliance Operations Support team.
?The ideal candidate will be responsible for activities within Configuration and Analysis, Auditing, Claims Pull, Billing and Loss of Funding initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with a high-performing, integrated team on various client-impacting tasks and projects.
This position will require working effectively in a team environment, as well independent delivery of daily processes and large projects.
The individual must be highly self-motivated, energetic, and ready to contribute to a positive and inclusive team atmosphere. ?Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
?
- Be responsible for onboarding new client configurations and maintaining existing client changes
- Make updates to production configuration at the employer, administrator, and system levels on the Enterprise platforms.
- Query the production databases to verify configuration changes are working as expected.
- Must be ready and willing to take on additional assignments/challenges and must be flexible with task assignments and perform quality checking.
- Works collaboratively with team members and consults supervisors/SMEs when required and provides resolutions as needed.

Seek ways to gain in-depth knowledge. Highlights any exceptions/deviations found and works towards a resolution while maintaining process controls

- Partner with Funding Loss Leader to review cases of funding loss,?
- Partner with Auditor on preparatory audit duties such as claims & operational reporting requests, random sample claims pull.
- Billing, Data reconciliation and audit support, including financial data reporting and analysis?
- Drive excellence through process improvement initiatives and ensure proper processes and documentation are in place to cover all operational controls and gaps
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Proficient in SQL ( examples-joins, subqueries, analytical functions)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Oracle SQL and Benefit operations in current role.
- Familiarity and understanding of the Acclaim platform, claim processing, and quality assurance experience preferred
- Ability to work on assignments that are complex in nature, where interpreting documentation and operational flows is required
- Experience managing projects with a high level of organization and planning skills, ability to work the plans, report out on progress, and make recommendations to check-adjust the approach?
- Strong communication, verbal and written, analytical/problem solving, and organizational skills
- Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability to drive tasks through completion
- Proven experience identifying process opportunities and efficiencies
