The Opportunity

Management of individual contributions.

From your very first day, you will be entrusted with your own responsibilities, providing you with exposure to client-related activities and enabling you to gain valuable experience and develop key skills. You will have the opportunity to explore different aspects of our business and build a solid understanding of what we do and how we operate.

As an Individual Contributions Administrator, your primary responsibility will be the collection of contributions. This will involve, in particular, managing the issuance of contribution calls, ensuring that contract life events are accurately reflected in payment schedules, and handling collections in close collaboration with our specialist teams based in France.

What You’ll Bring

• Knowledge of health insurance contracts in France

• Proficiency in French: minimum B2 level required, with C1 preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word)

• Strong communication and written skills

• High level of accuracy, with a clear respect for rules, procedures, and deadlines

• Team-oriented, with good organisational abilities

• Customer-focused, with strong client relationship skills
